Funding/Engagement Process
Option 1: Standard Funding Route

Initial Consultation
We meet to discuss your project, team, and capital needs (Debt, Equity, or Hybrid). We review your pitch deck, data room, and financials to assess investment viability and discuss funding options and costs.
Engagement Process
If the project and team are viable, we sign an agreement to proceed.
Strategic Presentation
Post-agreement, we present and upload your project to our funding partner’s CRM system.
Funding Partner Review
Our FCA-regulated London-based partner reviews your project and circulates it to their investor network, including three funds, five family offices, and a sovereign wealth fund. They conduct mandatory Due Diligence (DD).
Indicative Term Sheet & LOE
If investors show interest, you receive an indicative term sheet and Letter of Engagement (LOE). We facilitate a meeting with the funding partner to discuss next steps.
Formal Engagement
Upon signing the LOE and paying the DD invoice, a dedicated analyst is assigned, and comprehensive DD begins.
Flexible Funding Solutions
Based on DD, funding is offered via Convertible Loan Notes (CLNs) or Equity, ideal for growth-stage companies with revenue and strong 3-5 year projections.
Successful DD - Full Term Sheet
After successful DD and agreement on a full Term Sheet, legal processes begin, and funding is secured.
Ongoing Support
We support your project through future funding rounds, as agreed, to ensure long-term success.

Engagement Process
If the project and team are viable, we present an engagement agreement.

Post-agreement, we will develop a targeted list of 180–200 investors (UHNWIs, family offices, VCs, investor clubs, private equity, debt providers) tailored to your project’s needs.
Investor Introductions and Meetings
We will arrange Zoom meetings with investors, providing detailed profiles and managing all scheduling for seamless communication.
Pitch Deck and Documentation Optimisation
We refine your pitch deck, data room, and financials to meet investor expectations, collaborating with you for maximum impact.
Proactive Investor Engagement
We outreach to the investor list, provide weekly updates, and source new investors aligned with your project’s needs, categorized by interest and suitability.
