Capital for Your Next Move

When traditional financing falls short, CFA helps businesses and project owners explore suitable funding routes through our international network of institutional investors, lenders and funding partners.

Project & Business Funding

Explore funding routes for major projects, business expansion and specialist sectors.

Our Funding Network:

Primary Institutional Funding Partner:
A London-based institutional group, nine years established, with 20+ specialists and offices across the USA, Brazil, Ukraine, Morocco, South Africa and South Korea. It acts for a network of lenders, 17 family offices and 7 institutional partnerships, and has offered £24.2B of funding across 40+ countries.

On mandates handled through this funding route, the partner leads structuring and independent due diligence, with all funding confirmations, due diligence requirements and commercial terms flowing through its institutional process.

Private Fund Collaboration (~£6B AUM):
A formal advisory collaboration with a privately managed, UHNWI-backed institutional fund of around £6B. It provides a complementary capital route for qualifying transactions, particularly at the larger end of the ticket range, and extends our reach into private and sovereign-aligned capital markets. Its core focus is AI technology, pharma/medtech, cleantech, agritech and defence.

Nordic Bonds:
A mid-market funding alternative between bank debt and private credit, for corporates with EBITDA of €5M to €50M+ seeking €20M to €300M+ without a mandatory credit rating. Mandate to completion typically takes 3 to 6 weeks, with flexible incurrence covenants and a Framework & Tap structure — the ability to raise further tranches within the agreed framework.

Executed with a Swiss-headquartered capital markets firm with 750+ institutional relationships, this route is used for refinancing, growth capital and buy-and-build M&A.

Investor Database:
A curated database of institutional, strategic and sovereign-backed investors, including Macquarie, Stonepeak, Mubadala Ventures, Aramco Ventures, Green Investment Group, EQT, Sequoia Capital, DCVC, Partech and Cerberus. It covers infrastructure, energy transition, climate, fintech, medtech, agritech and AI, from seed through to project-scale debt and equity. It is built from live outreach and NDA-stage engagement, so introductions go to investors who are already active.

Funding availability, structures and timelines depend on the transaction and remain subject to the relevant funding partner’s assessment, due diligence and approval.
